Rolling Pastery

This course covers the basics from learning how to maintain your starter, mixing your first sourdough, the stages of fermentation, proving and baking.  The course is designed for complete beginners as well as those who have given sourdough baking a try, but need to firm up on their technique.  Our course tutor has her own way of helping you to understand the process step by step, which you will find easy to replicate at home and begin your sourdough journey… it becomes an addictive hobby that you will be delighted to share with family and friends.


Kneading Dough

This course enables a budding sourdough baker to experiment with other bakes, such as italian breads, pizzas, focaccia, also enriched buns e.g. teacakes, croissant pastries etc. We also look at baking a higher hydration sourdough, talk through the stages of fermentation and proving, baking your creations in our bakery ovens.  Our tutor will share all her knowledge and tips on getting the best out of your bakes.
