We make a sweet shortcrust pastry which is light and crumbly with a great flavour, it's the best we have found. The filling is our own almond cream mix and the little tarts are topped with seasonal fruit, so this tends to change from season to season to keep the best flavour.


Pastry base: Flour (GLUTEN), butter (DAIRY), caster sugar, egg yolk (DAIRY), water

Filling: frangipan: (ground almond (NUTS), sugar, butter (DAIRY), clotted cream (DIARY))Topped with seasonal fruit
