We wanted to do something to help the terrible disaster happening in Ukraine. This bread is our version of a Ukrainian Bread. It uses the focaccia dough and is topped with a garlic infused olive oil glaze.
We are donating the half from the sale of each loaf to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal (Disasters Emergency Committee). We will be keeping a log of how much is raised on a weekly/monthly basis.
